The beauty of pick and place installation is that it requires no assembly except for the rope connections. The Monoliths bolt to pre-poured concrete slabs while the Motor play elements have built-in footings that just sit on grade. Rocks & Ropes parts are heavy and require 8k reach forks or cranes. Heavy parts means they will last a long time. Rocks and ropes playgrounds have a lot of tolerance during install meaning measurements don't have to be exact and ropes are cut to length.
Rocks & Ropes require minimal maintenance. Graffiti can be pressure washed with a fresh concrete sealer applied. UPC parks provide a free touch-up stain kits which keeps for the life of the product. Rocks and ropes provides a warranty on Polyfibercrete for 10 years and ropes and rubber hop rocks for 2 years.
